UPDATED Things just got worse .Sunny and I had a long talk But that New store Manager doesn't care about the customers.So we ended up having them come get there stuff and went to Rent one.We will spend our next 10 plus years With them . have never had any problems in the 10 plus years with Rent-A-Center.Sunny is an issue. As diamond star customers you would think she would do us right. Our washer broke down day before Thanksgiving she said her guys would bring us one at 330- 5 pm at 5:55 I called and asked and she said they had a bedroom group that was bigger then they expect.Totally understand .what I do not understand why I had to call her when she should have had the respect to call me.She said Friday morning.No show so I call her again and she said it would be around 5.once again should have called me.7:30 pm they delivered a washer.A washer that sounded like it was going to explode.It was beat up and did not clean the clothes.Tuesday I called and the district manager Brittany ( love her) apologized and said they would bring one out tomorrow which would be Wednesday.i called back up at 230ish weds and sunny answer the phone and I asked her if Britney told her about bringing us a wash machine she said yes but they didn't have time. I told Sonny that the washing machine that she had delivered Friday was a piece of junk and she then stated that it was just temporary.I am not one to get mad but when you tell one of your best customers they don't have time to bring you a decent washing machine and still wasn't going to have the respect to call.Thats where I had enough.sunny is a problem. When out things are paid off we will no longer be customers of rent a center.we will go someplace else.

Racist store manager and staff extremely rude to my spouse after soliciting her to come in for me a premier member. Remotes no remote to operate Bluetooth fireplace/ stereo. Multiple broken commitments to complete service call to rectify problem. Intentionally delayed picking up their merchandise out of spite and refused a refund or credit for selling us broken merchandise. Effectively, we bought a new 65" TV cash then went to Rent One to furnish our house. Great personnel and service overall. If you are looking to furnish your home on a budget. Try Rent One first.

The staff was nice and friendly. They helped me find what I needed and within my budget. I was low on funds so they worked with me to secure my first payment. A delivery appointment was set promptly despite being short staffed. So far, they are the best rental company to deal with in Blytheville. I would recommend them to all. Thank you RAC Blytheville.

The guys that delivered the furniture was Amazing!!!! They did so Great!! We love the store manager Christina Crum. She is a joy to be around and is so good to us!!
