My central air unit went out and I called to rent a window air conditioner. I had one within the hour and at an affordable price. The men were all very professional.

I just got my ps5 today and it won’t even let me play any game for more than 10mins. I’m so upset bout this, I was super excited to get it and start my journey with you guys but if I can’t even use it then what’s the point of me having it ? Update- They understood the problem and they helped me out. They gave me a new ps5 and I haven’t had any problems with it. So it must have been a faulty console.

Friendly helpful staff quality brands. Personally, I had an issue with my cc and before it become a problem with my payment RAC gave me a private call. Something I appreciate!

This has been an absolutely miserable experience from the get go.... The rep in the store lied about multiple things. They were out of the tv I got so he sold me the display model... Which was fine as he told me he put a discount on it because it had been in use... Which turned out was a lie... Full price... Then I asked about same day delivery, as it says all over the store "same day delivery" to which he replied "oh we don't deliver today".. so I asked if it could be delivered the next morning from 10-12. He said yes and supposedly put it on the schedule.. didn't show up till AFTER 6PM !! AFTER they had said 3-5p.m. on the phone when I called at 1 asking where they were... Because they evidently "don't deliver in the mornings".... Processed to back the truck into my drive and rip out an tree branch and leave is hanging so my wife can't get her car out of the drive... And carry a 70" TV!!! In the RAIN!!! OUT OF THE BOX!! I'm terrified to even turn it on!!!terrible service... Terrible experience!! Would never suggest to anyone... Have no idea what I'm suppose to do with this tv or this bill now.... worthless customer service

Yall I purchased an entire bedset and mattress from this store. The sale was super easy. They honored the online promo since I personally had to deal with a sales rep instead of online. When I called 2x they gave me updates. They were super friendly super efficient and the manager guy really saved my bacon today 12-31-20 I completely emptied my room out last night in preparation for the set and since its a holiday and they have corporate time to close they were going to deliver my bed Monday. When I went into do papers I let them know I cleared out my room and no longer had a bed at all and if there was any possible chance they could deliver and set it up today. Luckily the movers were already on their way back and they started loading my order while I was still there. The moving guys were super fast and efficient and friendly. Hands down love that team that's there
