The one on Bragg boulevard the people that are a lot more nicer then the manager and Hope Mills I still don't understand why the credit I do have take song from the whole amount instead of the cash value of it but I got a new washing machine me and my brother needed I would recommend a store to everybody definitely do not go to the one in Hope Mills the one on Bragg boulevard is 100% trustworthy Anaheim a washing machine out in 3 days delivered it was very nice courteous and polite

They came onto our property and ran over our dog crate that we bought recently. Instead of stopping to apologize or even see what they ran over they drove off. We and our neighbor watched as the driver paused realizing somthing was hit. I had to call multiple times to try and get my crate replaced and they opted to go with somthing used and cheap after we paid $80 new recently for ours. I can assure we won't be using this branch again once our items are paid. There was absolutely NO reason for the driver to be making his u turn through the front yard to begin with

Fell behind on my my payments recently and I tried to elk them when I could pay but they wouldn’t work with me. I just paid this morning for the past due amount and I see that I owe another $127 next week. I don’t understand how. I know if I call they’ll tell me some weird reason as to why it’s like that and not adjust it back to where it’s supposed to be. I’m sick of this. It’s stressing me out. They need to adjust it back to where it’s supposed to be ASAP and not steal my money. If I want to pay more than the amount due every week, that’s my choice, not theirs.
