OMG...this is the place to rent from...I have needed to rent just a recliner for my mom when she visits...they have the best staff...they have gone above and beyond to find the right chair each time...always looking for ways to save me money...and the follow up has been amazing...checking each time to make sure I was satisfied...this last time I need to switch to a lift chair...they switched it out no problems within 24 hours...and a holiday in the mix...thanks to Kevin Dee and the rest of the staff at the spring lake location for all you do...I truly appreciate you all...

I worked with Julia Roberts at the front desk. After recently moving and starting from scratch, she was able to help me find all my new furniture needs for my new place. She was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of any questions I needed.

I was a loyal customers for 19 yrs at this store. Things were good until the Former Manager Julia left and the new one is EXTREMELY RUDE. I had issues that go against NC Law but when the mgr did call me back he acted like I am stupid. Yes I am a 60 yr female. But I am not stupid.do business with them again.Will NEVER

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Got a washing machine and dryer from this place and the store manager stated she would clean it before I got it. The washer was decent the dryer was filthy. But that's cool cause there is nothing wrong with my 2 hands. But there was something wrong with the washer and dryer. The washer over filled and flooded the floor and the dryer didn't dry my clothes there was no lent rack in the machine. Called and they sent a repair guy out I told him the part it needed. And this happened maybe a week before Christmas. Lie to you not this man called me the end of January Friday saying he was coming to fix the appliances. They did give me a replacement or a loaner but i want the stuff im paying for.. No sir you are not because I sent the washer and dryer back to them after being lied to and called about making a payment 3 times for equipment that didn't work. I have dealt with Danielle the the district manager before and I never had any of these issues. I had already paid for the month through direct deposit so why where they still calling me? Oh maybe because they never cancelled the messed up contract they did. All I can say is run and don't ever go into this store. They are cool at first to get you signed up but the store manager Julie doesn't have the slightest clue of what she is doing.

I think his name is Rico but he was really nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products he's working with. He also made sure that I got my product the same day even with a tight schedule!
