I had a very disturbing experience with Rent-A-Center. Two employees came to my home in a Rent-A-Center truck while my daughter was with me. One of them was banging aggressively on my door, and I was spoken to disrespectfully and called out of my name over being only one payment behind. They even threatened to take pictures of me, which felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. No customer should be treated this way, especially in front of their child. I understand businesses have policies, but there is a respectful and professional way to handle payments. This experience made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, and harassed. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.

Don’t recommend They don’t work with you when you miss one week of payment when they told me they would and even when I was paying for the protection plan and fridge was dented when delivered and fridge was over 2k when at Lowe’s I didn’t know it was $600 lol good look people !!

I have been dealing with rent a center since 2007 and I would confidently say I would 100% recommend them to friends and family, especially the Ramsey Street location in Fayetteville NC as they have always thought of me and my budget and have been providing me with quality products for many years now.
