The customer service was rude and awful. Lawrence the store manager was no help and blew me off.
Bought a ps5 from them. I only owe them $275 for early pay off. They come to my house which is over a hour away chasing $22. As if I would really not pay $275 and loose it. I’ve paid them for over a year now straight. Horrible buisness!! I would never do buisness with any RAC again. Was a stupid mistake on my behalf. I might just hire a lawyer.
one of the worst places to deal with starting with the workers and the manger!! They do not work with the clients at all.I been with them for 6+ year and dont recommend it at all..
I usually never leave reviews, but this is really a bad location. For starters, the customer service is very unprofessional and rude. When they answer the phone, they’re completely rude and when they call you, they’re completely rude and sound like they have an attitude. The young lady sequoia or whatever her name is always has an attitude. You can be one day late and they’re already calling your phone three times. Or they call you one day before your payment is even due because you’re not on auto pay. When we got the furniture delivered, they never came on time and I had to call multiple times to see where the drivers were. The lady, I was speaking with kept saying that they were on their way or close and I waited hours for them to show up. They come to your house 8 or 9 o’clock at night to try to pick up furniture even if you’re just a couple days late with the payment. The store hours close at six, but they’re still calling you well past that time. This location needs better management, better customer service, and just better everything.
They sent me to a store 30 mins away to get laptop and it wasn’t the one and not even ready due to it being locked then when I called them they said we have it here after I had been driving for a hour. I pick it up and go home they said it was not but it’s locked and I can’t even use it plus all the stuff that comes with it I didn’t get ether. This is a $3,999 laptop that is used and just a paperweight I have nether had this type of not caring service in my life and I know somehow tomorrow they still will not get it right so far I have lost over $563 just today over this. Do you think I’ll see any of that back. NO and after I have to take off tomorrow that will be even more. KWB ASUS ROG Z13
The approval process was quick and easy. The terms are outlined very well and explained. I was able to see exactly how much I'm paying and why, being able to choose how often you pay is very convenient. Also searching for products is easy and being able to filter what items you are approved to rent was awesome.
