Paid for first week a month later no delivery and they said they wont without another payment. Bait and switch getting a group together for a lawsuit. Zero communication during this time.

The 2 people who delivered my furniture were the nicest and most respectful. They took the extra time and care to get my furniture in my house and set up when it was nearly impossible. They made it happen when it looked like it wasn’t going to happen. I love rent a center for the prices and the people!

Very poor customer service.I was approved for credit but when they went to call my references and after I paid my first initial payment,I never received a phone call back for any updates at all,or a phone call back just to see if they needed more information.I was in limbo for like a week.Then without any explanation at all I received a refund.I didn't any explanation at all telling me why I didn't get what I paid for.

After RAC tried to get me to leave Aaron's and try them, I did and now they say I am not good enough to get their credit approval. They even said I was qualified when they were trying to get me to switch, looks like they talk out of both sides of their mouth. That's wrong
