Was 3 days late Edgar the manager left threatening messages as well as they came to my house beating on my door yelling repo causing a scene. the worst customer service. I will NEVER rent from this company again the whole location needs to be fired immediately!!

Jennyfer was rude and nobody was on the same page. But it least Mario & his manager were professional. Per the website the chair I needed could be delivered within 1-3 days. I went in and was told once everything was verified they’d get the chair out for my visiting disabled family member. When I called to follow up I was told she hadn’t gotten to me yet and I wouldn’t be getting anything prior to 12/22. I mentioned the website and she could care less. I told her that was to late and I was told yea well we will you your 10 back that you paid.

Edgar and Mario are really great people.. I would’ve continued business with them, but Jennifer is rude, over talks people and should not be working in customer service at all. I recommend a different store. I went to Walmart and found same tv for cheaper.
If you needed a clear sign not to order from here, this is it. I hesitated to buy a MacBook here or from Walmart because Walmart had the same EXACT laptop for HALF the price, and I could choose different colors, unlike RAC, which only offered one color option. The only reason I chose RAC was because I didn’t want to spend $600 on a laptop right away and needed it for work. So, I decided to pay double and make payments. It was a foolish decision. I placed my order online, and the next day, I received an email with a form attached, instructing me to print, fill out, and resubmit it with a photo ID. Since I didn’t have a computer at home or a printer, I had to drive to my job to print the paper, fill out the form, and send it back. I waited a while for a response but didn’t hear anything. So, I called. A woman answered the phone, and I told her who I was. She pulled up my information and found my agreement form. She said she would call my references and get back to me. She even instructed me to send them all a text to let them know she would be contacting them, so she could process my order today. I did exactly that, before we hung up the phone. I had already texted two out of five people to inform them that she would be calling. An hour passed, and all my references were texting me, asking when she would be calling. I reached out to her and told her that my references had not received any calls. She said, “I have to pick up my daughter and I get an hour lunch, so hopefully, I can get it done today.” Excuse me? Why are you telling me, a customer, about your personal errands? I’m simply here trying to get myself a laptop, I don’t need to know about your personal life. That comment really rubbed me the wrong way because I also work in customer service, specifically in hospitality, and that’s not the way you conduct business. I had informed her before we disconnected our call that if we couldn’t complete the process today, I would like to cancel. She responded nonchalantly, “Okay.” Another hour passes, and I physically drive to the store. Upon entering, I noticed two male employees lounging on one of the rental sofas. This immediately angered me because I had been waiting for my order to be processed, and I had walked in to find the staff doing nothing. My initial purpose for visiting the store was to check the status of my order, but I got my answer as soon as I walked in the door. They clearly don’t value their customers’ time. I cancelled my order and took my money elsewhere I suggest everyone do the same. Don’t give these people a dime.
