I’ll never do business with this company after the terrible customer service I have experienced. I’m glad I paid off the rental because calling me after business hours and having other store locations call me after I have spoken with the manager directly and lack of notes that she did not put in nor her employees. I can see if I was weeks late but 24 hrs late does not call for all of this harassment. So to each its own and I hope they have some major soft skills training for future interactions with people.

Again, I am so impressed with their service. I just spoke with Kaitlyn about a billing error and she right away knew what I was talking about. And she understood why the error happened and what to do to correct it. Errors will happen in life, so I really appreciate people that understand the situation and are able and willing to fix a problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Simply put My experience with store 4006 has nothing but great. The staff have been wonderful and they have been very helpful. The new Manager is top notch and goes above and beyond to give great customer service. Store Manager Kaitlyn Crutchfield Is the best in my opinion.

Miss. Kaitlyn , the store manager, is absolutely amazing & makes the process super easy! She is also sweet and understanding and helps you anyway she can. Definitely recommend her and this Pleasantburg location !!
