They were very helpful and friendly. I needed help with creating my account online and Veronica was helpful and friendly.
Everyone was Great from Veronica who I dealt with at the store, she was awesome helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The delivery guys were also so amazing great set of guys polite friendly and very respectful I plan on fixing up my Den and I will not hesitate to return to this store!
Really great people on the phone and when the delivered my product the quick and efficient and Extremely professional... i was a Bit Surprised TBH but an Amazing experience to say the least.
By far one of the absolute worse rent a centers I've been to, The manager there makes derogatory comments about peoples appearance, also talks and treats her employees like trash in front of customers, I would go to a different rent a center, no hood rat mentality, if you do by chance stop into rent a center, avoid Veronica the store manager, not a professional bone in her body and will make you feel uncomfortable. Usually don't leave reviews but this rent a center was just something else
They are honest and fair. They are the only Rent A Center . That never pushed me into a agreement. By the time I was speaking to them and they let me walk away. I came back the next day. I Love honesty!! They made it work for me!! Thank You Jen.
