MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN WITH RENT A CENTER ON LINCOLN AVE IN ANAHEIM FOR FIVE YEARS AND HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED ONCE, WE BOUGHT OUR WASHING MACHINE COUCHES AND 75 INCH TV THERE AND WITH NO CREDIT WHO ELSE WILL WORK WITH YOU THAT WAY.

I don’t appreciate being forced to pay for insurance I never wanted and don’t need. My payments have always been on time with no issues, and even corporate confirmed that this insurance is not required. Yet, this store still makes me pay for it. To me, that feels like nothing more than a money-making racket. The new manager is no better than the last. She says whatever she thinks will shut me up but never follows through. She even told me she would speak to higher-ups about removing the insurance from my account, but has not done so. For that reason, I will not be buying anything from this place again until they refund me the money they charged for that insurance. Overall, they’ve changed employees, but they all work the same.

Very unhappy with our experience. Upon delivery of the appliances, there was a gash put in our security screen door and after a year it still hasn’t been fixed. Very limited contact and running around in circles with the employees regarding getting the door fixed. If you’re thinking of renting from them, save yourself the trouble and don’t do it.

I love how it's super fast and easy and your order is the #1 priority. I especially enjoy the fact that you can talk with them through text, phone , or in person.

The manager at this location, Olga, is incredibly unprofessional. I called her to complain that her employees are breaking consumer privacy laws by informing my roommate and sister that I missed a payment, and instead of apologizing she asked "well when are you going to be making a payment?" Thus, ignoring the breach of consumer privacy. There are consumer privacy laws in place for a good reason. After Olga's question, I responded by informing her my wallet was stolen last weekend. I have the police report, and my roommate had already informed one of her employees of this earlier in the week. Instead of apologizing or showing once ounce of understanding and human decency, she scoffed and said "wow, wow!" With an enormous amount of attitude. Since my wallet was stolen, I have had no money for food, let alone to make a payment to Rent-a-center. My bank told me I cannot withdraw funds from my account without an ID, and my ID was in my wallet. Therefore, I am moneyless until I receive my new cards. I am already having a hard enough time as it is. So recieving a disrespectful attitude from the manager of rent-a-center, was absolutely unnecessary and sickening.
