I would give them a five star! I can appreciate Charles being the boss, but he needs to take cues from his store manager Cecil. You get more with honey than vinegar. I love Cecil and David, but he made me show my behind with his arrogance. You don’t know what a person is going through whether it’s chronic pain, or taking care of a disabled spouse like me. I was at Best Buy trying to see about my computer, and yes I have their merchandise but you can’t make be home until I’m home. Take notes Charles! Communication is Key💙🔥💙🔥 I got angry because they wouldn’t answer the phone, and I know it was on purpose because Charles had answered the phone and said they were on the way, but David was so kind after he and Marcus got here I decided to change my stars💙

I ordered from them and was approved . They were supposed to deliver my order today after three pm. I texted and called around 3:45 to see where the order was at. No response! So I called again around 5pm and they then tell me they have the wrong address on file. Which is not my fault. They tell me the cut off time is at 6:30 and I may have to reschedule! I did not receive a call from not one person from the store stating they couldn’t find the address. Bad communication skills.

I have rented from y’all before and I have no bad history with yall but yet I can’t get approved?? Before I rented anything from yall I was never denied financing. I don’t get it. I don’t have bad history with yall and you claim yall don’t run a credit check. Then what is it? Why do I keep getting denied financing????
