I waited a month for a stove that I was originally approved for then the store manager later decided that I was no longer approved because I couldn’t keep my payments up on a tv that I turned back in in perfect condition after my grandma passed and son was diagnosed with level 3 autism disorder in the same week no one called me no one canceled the online approval had I not called myself to see what was going on I wouldn’t have even known and Christmas is next week laughing out loud Merry Christmas everybody

I had an issue with my air conditioner that I barely had a year, things didn’t go so well at the beginning but the Store manager Shaquala did call me & was able to rectify the problem. Chandler & the accounting manager is always nice & vey professional. However they’re still searching for another A/C unit because the one that was brought to me was dirty & when it was plugged up a nasty molded Goldfish cracker popped up through the top. I had to call and ask if the driver was coming back or not because no one said anything, but i dont think I’ll be making anymore purchases Ever!!!

Overall pretty good. Nice people over the phone. Quick delivery. Only downfall is when you hit a rough patch there is not enough wiggle room to reschedule payments. No matter how much was paid into it.
