If I could give 0,000 start. The Manager and the employees are sooo disrespectful got hang up on my face in a call. They dont respect a contract! Either their word. I waited couple weeks to get delivery of a room and never receive it. I gave my down payment. They dont have delivery guys but keep on opening contracts to keep them alive and fed and at the end they cancel you! Actually Manager cant deliver BUT he CAN use COMPANY TRUCK TO GO TO a QUINCEAÑERA! And I have pictures....blessings!

Horrible experience they’ve been charging me for two different pieces of furniture when I only have one for the last four months and I called very angrily and nobody could help me without the manager only problem managers never there so how do I get help? Manager is never there to help And I’m still getting charged for two pieces of furniture. All around if you wanna keep your sanity, do not buy anything from them nothing but headaches and problems and no help

I’m going to be honest…STOP LYING THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE!!!! 1st & I ASSURE YOU MY LAST TIME. I am a Pre Med college student who just lost my mother and my brother all in one semester I work pay my bill EARLY! Got a tv from Aarons, rent a center movers from a whole different location WEED SELLS on top of being late supposed to be here @3 got here around 5ish to add insult I MOVED MY ONE HALF OF THE SECTIONAL in as they left it in the lobby while they set on their phones!!! Can’t make this up!!!!! WHOLE LOBBY VIDEO‼️‼️‼️‼️ THEY MOVE AND HIT MY TV(APARTMENT CLEAN NOTHING AND I MEAN NO PRIOR ISSUES) then I come in TV MOVED on my floor in hallway, THE STORE MANAGER CALLS I confirm they arrived late ect and moved my tv, HE ASK ME TO PLUG IT UP I DO AND I HAVE A FREAKING CRACK….TV STOPS WORKING SEDGEWICK AGENT VM FULL SENT EMAIL NOTHING AND AARONS CANT GET A BROKE TV DID I MENTION IM IN SCHOOL SO CLASSES AND THIS WAS OVER A MONTH AGO NO CALL FROM THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE….FACTS AND MAD RECEIPTS 🧾TODAY A WHOLE FIVE MINUTE RECORDING OF THE ORHER STORE BEING HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL ALONG WITH LOOKING AT FEMALE ID’s RANKING THEM ON LOOKS AGAIN NO LIE WHOLE RECORDING‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ RENT A CENTER AS A WHOLE IS JUST AWFUL AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER GOING THIS ROUTE….WHEN I SAY BAD TASTE AND ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE BAD ANXIETY OVER THE CALLS AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR MOTION WITH RESOLUTION.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I placed my order and never was contacted regarding a delivery date or anything. I had to call NUMEROUS times and the people were extremely rude and lacked any information on how to properly do their jobs. I was placed on hold 30mins at a time. I was talked to and treated with all of the disrespect they had to offer.
