Husband and I have been constantly over paying for our couch. We sat down and did the math it was already paid off and they still want more money saying it’s not paid off. He applied for same as cash and they didn’t apply it to anything he rented. Took back an item because it had roaches coming out the back of it. Managers calling from personal cell phones and no caller ids . Call for two seconds then hang up to say “no one answered” Have been left two threatening voicemails and caught a nasty threat on my camera when they knocked on my door Unprofessional
