Horrible service, i filled out online, they tell you can you submit government papers as verification, i finshed the app,got approved online, i called the store no answer,i called the next morning, an talk to somebody an basically was asked to do everything again an submit more things over the phone, an had to give different paperwork cause they don't update there online requirements, the lady on yhe phone was very rude,im trying to explain my paperwork an what i filled out an payed for online, she hangs up,i just called back an ask for a refund,because thats false advertisement,an being rude to somebody just because things say things differently online than yall do in the store is NEVER the customers fault,

Tamika at the 8 mile store was awesome! She was the only one there doing everything by herself yet answered all of my questions. She got what I needed taken care of and I was done within an hour. Highly recommend
as I said before I can’t say what is going on with Rent-A-Center at this time, but in the past, it was a wonderful place to do business. The staff was very professional and courteous. Hopefully everything is still the same.
My overall experience has been excellent and hassle free. The customer service is the best and the online features are so easy to use and navigate through. 5 ⭐️ for me 🤩
I'm giving 4 Stars because Brandon cares even though rent a center can be a nag off one missed payment ... Once communicated about what's going on or the assistance you need to get back on the right track I believe Brandon is the person you would want to contact he was understanding very professional and goes the extra mile and he easy on the eyes ladies 😍😅💁🏽♀️💯 thank me later 😂 anyhow I was able to pay off my two items at a fair price being that I missed a week from work I was ready to return everything even though I had 2 payments left on two of my items lol but after texting and finding a common ground I remained a customer ❤️
