as I said before I can’t say what is going on with Rent-A-Center at this time, but in the past, it was a wonderful place to do business. The staff was very professional and courteous. Hopefully everything is still the same.

My overall experience has been excellent and hassle free. The customer service is the best and the online features are so easy to use and navigate through. 5 ⭐️ for me 🤩

I'm giving 4 Stars because Brandon cares even though rent a center can be a nag off one missed payment ... Once communicated about what's going on or the assistance you need to get back on the right track I believe Brandon is the person you would want to contact he was understanding very professional and goes the extra mile and he easy on the eyes ladies 😍😅💁🏽♀️💯 thank me later 😂 anyhow I was able to pay off my two items at a fair price being that I missed a week from work I was ready to return everything even though I had 2 payments left on two of my items lol but after texting and finding a common ground I remained a customer ❤️
