The staff is rude and do not communicate with you for them being late or how they send their items to be fixed out of state and they only come once a month. If they have employees call off and can't get it delivered in the time they said they call you an hour before they close and if their truck breaks down they don't let you know till AFTER it is supposed to be delivered. All they have is excuses and lousy customer service.

Ordering our furniture was super easy it took a couple weeks to come in but we were told that from the start. Everyone at the store was super helpful and informative. Delivery was exactly as offered. We had an issue with the was the furniture was assembled when delivered but they were super fast and happy to come fix the problem for us!!! Definitely would recommend this store to anyone. The store manager called after they came and fixed the issue just to make sure everything was fine and to our satisfaction. That speaks miles for this store for me because you get a lot that just don’t care and are just there for a check.

Delivery guys were so kind and friendly. One was an older gentleman and one was a young man named Martrell. They set everything up for me and explained how the washer works. Delivered exactly when it was suppose to be. Thanks so much rent a center

I want to start with the fact that we have great living room furniture. It has held up well over this past year and is still going strong. The staff however is an totally different story. From the store manager on down to the staff under them. They simply don't know how to follow through when you give them information or needing information changed. From a change of address to new payment information. Very frustrating to deal with phone calls after phone calls over the same thing. Thankfully, I now have access to the website and can handle all our payments without the store mishandling information. Your store really needs a better way to communicate amongst each other to follow through with removing and adding new information. A happy but dissatisfied customer! 2 star because the product is great.. Store and staff not so much and that really makes up the majority of a customers experience.
