I have been leasing a washer and dryer from RAC for about a year now, and because I am in good standing I am a gold member, so Daisy called and let me know I was eligible for a new item, $0 down for 2 weeks. We decided we need new living room furniture so when we walked in the store a beautiful turquoise couch and love seat set caught my eye immediately, and Daisy helped us snag it before it was gone! She was so helpful and attentive to us while we were at the store, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Super quick and easy, my couches and tables will be delivered in just 4 days! Thank you, Daisy, for all your help!

I had a great experience at Rene Center. The staff were genuinely good people who made everything feel easy and comfortable. Their customer support was amazing from start to finish, always attentive and ready to help. Daisy, in particular, stood out—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend! Trae was very professional and respectful; along with fast-paced, efficient and dedicated to his job as a service representative. He was very friendly and answered my questions about my new television, payments, and about providing further assistance in furnishing my home. He even thought outside the box to get my TV to fit on top of my dresser! He was a great help in getting me set up to enjoy my new T.V. I am grateful for his help this evening. By far, he is one of the best service reps I have come across. Thank you Tre!! :)
