Do NOT purchase anything from this store! They will steal your money or overcharge you.i had order something from them and I was told it was at a different location. So i placed a deposit for 30$ to receive it. Almost 3 weeks past and They never got back to me. When I tried to cancel it because they failed to bring me the merchandise I had paid for. The manager "miguel" was never at the store. So they kept telling me there was nothing I could do about canceling it or getting my money back til he was there. A lady on the phone said it supposedly had been canceled. They still took 60 dollars from me even after it was "canceled" talked to miguel and he told me there was no way to get my money back even after it was a fail on their part. They refused to give me my money back. This whole company is a mess. I've also had other people tell me they would be overcharged on some payments.
Would recommend if you need to you rent from this company an if you are in the Delano, California area, this store

I been customer with Rent A Center for years. I have paid a couple of few things with them and always at a great price, never had any issues with them. Always help you out when you’re in financial crisis with a payment as long as you corporate with them. Miguel Angel & Lore are great to answer any questions or concerns you have with your account! Store is always cleaned and organize and always with great items in display for you to choose from! You won’t regret getting your items with Rent A Center!
Excellent customer service, staff is always friendly & ready to help with any questions. I have payed off a few things now, & i’ve never had an issue. Store looks very clean & is very neatly organized. Great team!
