If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a customer with Rent-A-Center for 20 years. I have bought and paid for more things than I could possibly think about. I have watched managers come and go. And I have tried to give every single one of them the benefit of the doubt. But I am tired of the broken promises and the flat out unprofessionalism that comes out those doors. Maria used to work there and she was absolutely amazing. Mason who is the manager now from what I understand is usually pretty okay but he also can be complicated. Like I said I have been a loyal customer to Rent-A-Center for 20 years. And if you could hear a tone of voice instead of reading words you would know that this post has me about to cry. I used to love Rent-A-Center. But now their promises are junk. When they tell you that you get the fifth week free don't believe them that's a lie. You don't. When they tell you they'll work with you don't believe them they lie. Take yourself down the street or around the block either one of those two places that are rent to own Have so much more integrity and so much more honesty. This company has no transparency and no honesty. They do not keep up with their end of a deal they railroad you and they treat you like nothing. If you don't do things their way they push you around or attempts to. And that's not how the other two places are not in the slightest.

0 stars, absolutely horrible experience. You basically get harassed by management including Gloria. She is super unprofessional, you can barely understand her and she is always hanging up on you. They tell you one price for a monthly payment and then proceed to make it higher each month for no reason. We GLADLY returned our items and will never use them again nor recommend them.

Unfortunately, The last truly great deal, I received was from all you're former managers especially including Chelsea. Gloria, Has displayed nothing but aggressiveness, And at times a little hostility towards. The items that we returned previously were not up to par. Either missing 😕 parts we had no idea should be there and went elsewhere. We also had portable dishwasher, it never dryed correctly. Among all of He's other thiyes. Is the fact that she told me if I kept the portable dishwas her and that was the only item. My payments monthly would still be near a 135 or 40. 💵 She also told she would never 😔 sell anything or allow us to purchase there again, thisI was referring to left over credits 🙄 🤔 We went and got one @Aaron's at the rate of $88/month. Quite DIFFERENT!

I have had great service till recently. I had a washer and dryer 4 payments till it was paid off and I had called 2 times and scheduled someone to come pick up my washer to be service cause it was having sensor issues and nobody ever came now I'm stuck with a broken washer that was just paid off thanks alot. I had also emailed corporate about the issue and have not heard anything from them either.
