No completely, customer service met expectations. One suggestion would be expand local inventory for more advanced electronics, such as game consoles and gaming laptops (these were my items of interest).

I love these staff if I am in a rush I am in and out if not I can be in here awhile talking and laughing and being comfortable the staff is amazing and do their best but will make sure your happy I been a loyal customer for over a year I think I am addicted 😩if they’d just give me a job already 🤣 I love you guys keep up the good work 🫶🏼

I went in for a fridge and I found one. The delivery was smooth and delivered within the time it said it would be delivered. Lisa was awesome at helping me through the process of getting one! I recommend everyone come to this one!

Clean store nice customer service but good luck getting what you want. You can pick and choose and they are happy to take your money but who knows when you'll get your product. They'll tell you they are behind. You're better off somewhere else. I'm still waiting. I love paying for something I don't have it's the best feeling.

I would give zero stars if I could . Ordered a 6 piece bedroom set and they told me it would be a week before then can deliver it . That week comes and I called in the morning to confirm they are still coming today. I spoke with a gentleman who said he’s the one who’ delivers product and the time frame is from 2-7 . I canceled all my plans just to make sure I was home .. he didn’t even ask my name and I told him anyways .. 6 o clock comes and I reach out to them again , long story short , they lost my contact info so that they could call me to tell me it’s gonna be another week before they pick it up from the other store .. very unprofessional business and no communication with customers. I do not recommend this location.
