My mom moved into an independent living apartment that was furnished by rent to own. After picking up the furniture, Eli and Nick helped me unload a dinette set from my car, they brought it into the apartment, unpacked it, assembled it and hauled off the packaging. They are awesome. Truly went above and beyond.
Giving a one star because it’s the lowest allowed. I went into this location to pay the first payment on a bed frame I was working with Jess on getting, she was great but wasn’t there when I went. I spoke with Raina the “credit manager” she was extremely rude and informed me I was a level 5 customer and couldn’t order anything online and she didn’t know how I was able to order the couch I’m currently paying for online. No business being in customer service let alone a manager. All I was doing was trying to pay for my order and left feeling like I was trash.
Tyson was amazing.. he was on it. Our address was wrong but he still came to find us and deliver our washer! Extremely grateful
Excellent furniture delivery experience! Jessica and Tyson provided outstanding service. Jessica took the time to clearly explain the contract, making everything easy to understand. Taylor was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this team!👍
Tyson was absolutely amazing in helping us out with our washer and dryer! He was very professional while also keeping a somewhat frustrating situation light hearted! We appreciated the goofy, friendly nature, while still getting what he needed done. We absolutely look forward to working with him in future, couldn’t have asked for a better gentleman to come into our home to get us all set up and ready to get all of our laundry going.
Tyson from Rent-A-Center did a great job delivering and installing our washer and dryer. He showed up on time, was very professional, and made the whole process easy. He handled everything carefully while bringing the appliances in and made sure they were installed correctly before leaving. Tyson also took the time to explain how everything worked and answered any questions we had. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I really appreciated his friendly attitude and hard work. Great service! 👍
