I’m giving a one star because Jeremiah keeps making me promises and never ever follows up …never calls me back I tried to rent two different times and each time something was wrong..the first time the all in one took six hrs for one load so we wanted to exchange so we go in do a exchange ..told us everything was the same contract two days later he’s calling me saying I owe another payment…when I had to first of all go buy ninety dollars worth of parts to make the stackable work but still didn’t…so he shows up to take the machines because he said I was late on my payment..WHAT…so I WAS SO LIVID THAT I CALLED …and then he apologizes and says don’t worry I’ll send over a loaner while we wait on new ones for you…I never got a loaner BUT I DID GET FROM HIS GUYS THAT PICKED UP WASHER AND DRYER A RUINED KITCHEN FLOOR..I called to have it estimated 1,900 dollars worth of damage to my kitchen floor…I sent him the bid and when he is supposed to respond about having my estimator start work…HAVENT HEARD ONE WORD..I went in today and he tells me “WE DONT MAKE WASHERS AND DRYERS THAT YOU NEED ANYMORE . And I asked from any rent a center and he says”NO RENT A CENTER MAKES WHAT YOU NEED…then says I sent your request to have ur floor fixed to my corporate office…if they think they want to fix they will be in touch…WOW..then I ask his name and he completely lies to my face my name is Jorge …and I know it’s jerimia….i can’t believe the lack of care and customer service ..and I still have heard nothing from anybody..COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!

Toni was very helpful in the rental process very knowledgeable of the product explained everything to great detail about what I would need to pay weekly or bi-weekly couldn't ask for a better set of sales people will definitely recommend this place to other people five stars for sure

Been a frequent customer here at this location. Every time I’m looking for something to add to my home I get help from Jeremiah. Very thorough, straightforward, and always gives me my options. Makes the process easy. Excellent customer service skill!

Was disappointed with the customer service today when I came in to pay the remaining amount that I was told would be $155.70 it had changed to $199.64 , when I asked why the amount had increased the employee stated he had no idea and couldn't explain why I was being charged for a extra 45 dollars when he was the one who originally gave me the paper statement showing the $155.70 two weeks prior to this date even with me making a payment since then. I was still expected to pay the additional amount with no explanation or probable cause for the increase their service has been good up until this point was disappointed to have it end on this note
