Terrible service called them to come for a pick up told them we work nights needed it to be early the soonest they could come was between 1 and 3 called at 230 to get an eta was told 30 mins they showed up an hr later. Why set a time if your not goin to be there or even call to say your running behind. It was bad enough we had to pick the stuff up our selves or we would have had to wait a week to get it here.

This has been by far the best experience from any rental place always very very kind super understanding and Chandler has been amazing with helping find the right items for my home! i would 100% would refer them to every one :)

Chandler was awesome when I went to get my new bed!! He even sold me on a laptop! Great customer service and great attitude! I’ve been with RAC for a long time now and I appreciate everything they have done for me! I feel like family and they know me every time I come in to the store!

The service was Excellent!! Chandler was very kind and professional on helping us pick the perfect washer and dryer for our family giving us a great deal!! and the men Caleb and Cody were very kind, friendly and very careful on delivering and hooking up the Washer and dryer!! Caleb stay to make sure they were working properly!! I recommend this Rent-A-Center 100% 5 ⭐️
