Feel like I wasted time cause non of my bills are current even on the apps I have non are for oct yet have September no problem and pay stubs but not good enough will not be going back or ever renting from any rent a center ever again

Everyone there has made my experience very welcoming. I would highly recommend ommend this store as I've know people that used other stores but had bad service.

I gave them two day notice to come pick up the fridge cause I’m moving they are so grimy had the nerve to say no give me 37 dollars if not we are coming now to take it. I told them I have kids to still feed. And we all know they charge your card every single day until they confiscate payment. No they couldn’t say ok this is your final bill then we will bill you and what date is best for you to pay that. Nope they literally said no were coming to confiscate your fridge with food in it. They took fridge with my childrens food in it. All over 37 dollars and couldn’t wait two days and be understanding. And they call and harass you over and over and over back to back call after call they will leave me three four second messages a day. As low as they do work you think they atleast understand the struggle in life . They don’t even care you got kids

I have needed Rent a Center 3 times now. They are awesome. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Lou, Jennifer, Aida and Orlando are just to mention a few. Lou and Jennifer are extremely knowledgeable about their products and the sales that they have. I will continue to go there in the future if I need anything else. They make you feel like family not just a customer.
