Rented a phone from rent a center and after about a month it exploded and I had to pay to get it replaced by Apple. I refused to pay the rest of the term because the phone I was using was not the device I purchased from rent a center due to it exploding and now I can’t rent from them again.

If they don't have it in stock, they'll order it in a timely manner. Don't expect to find upscale furniture, it's not high quality but I think it was designed for renters (my opinion). In a financial pinch, it works well!

I personally like RAC. It gives people with poor credit the option to get something almost immediately if needed. I think the prices are extremely high but they are willing to negotiate on some of the items. They do have items that are cash only purchases for those who do not want to be locked into payments.The facility is clean and smells nice. It's a bit cramped to walk through but the variety and furniture is high quality. Most furniture is from Ashley's while the appliances are name brands like whirlpool and Frigidaire. They have a nice selection of TVs and Laptops. Just remember that you will pay triple the price of the item. Make peace with it before you walk in.

They could not accommodate my wife and I when I called and refused to go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Aarons took care of us and even offered to stay late to make sure we were satisfied.
