We Love Our Appliances and Couch Sets It Just Completes Our Home. Everyone who comes to visit says it's soo welcoming and soo comfortable. Worth every penny and I would refer rent a center to all of my family and friends.

The worst customer service ever!!! Chey is a terrible de-escalator. While being passive about a situation, sarcastically laughing and in the end telling me I'm a liar and to be honest I could not pay off my items. If you look in my history of renting off my items from RAC in the past obviously I could. She digs information from you just to turn it around and make you think that what your saying your crazy. Narcissistic behaviors and manipulative. But what more can you expected from workers from Waianae. Why would I call 3 times. One before my same as cash item. Two after and told to wait and they'll call back... week after no call. Three, I call just to get treated the way I did. It was not a misunderstanding or communication and the manager that was there when I purchased my item is out on medical. Make sure you record what they say to you when purchasing because it either gets passed off to someone else and then your in a bind defending yourself. 10/07 Have to update and show proof in here so their employee don't make assumption that I'm lying. If you see in the picture sometimes their online websites acts up when trying to pay for my items. So I have to wait a day or 2 for it to be back up again to pay. I refuse to talk to this store after them not resolving this last issue above.
The two men that came to service my recliner were quick and efficient. Immediately recognized the problem and offered me an excellent solution. Their service is top of the line. I appreciate the how they show respect for the customers. Awesome job guys. I'd recommend everyone to get with rent a center. Great deals and great team. Mahalo!
