The first experience I had with Rent a Center was no where as bad as the second one. The first time I went Maurice messed up and made things right. This time the new Manager Tish Vasquez seemed okay at first but turned out to be the worst experience in my life. I went the day before the 4th of July to get a laptop I need for school. Which she just started an agreement on a laptop without even consulting with me or showing me the laptop. She said if I came in by 3pm they would deliver it same day. I walked in the doors at 2:59 and They were already getting crunk to Party for the 4th of July. I paid the first week and also paid an additional week as well she said the laptop would be delivered by end of day between 5-7 and it’s 7:30 and I haven’t heard from anyone and no one has come by so I called and she said oh we got busy can we deliver it Monday. I said no ma’am I actually needed it today because I have to submit something for school by Sunday at 11:59pm which is why I went in to get it today. She said okay he will be there in a few minutes to deliver it. Another hour goes by and no one has come by so I go up there the store is closed lights off and no one is there. So come Monday morning they still haven’t reached out to me so I call she automatically starts offering a refund and I’m like ma’am I want the computer I paid you money for what do you mean? She definitely treated me as if I did something wrong did not try to make things right or apologize at all I showed up with the police to get my money back because if I had their product and didn’t pay them for it that’s exactly what they’d do to me. She refused to give me my money right then and made me come back up there yet again wasting more of MY gas money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE -10/10!!! Do not do business with this lady or this company they will screw you over eventually.

Although I didn't end up buying, I did have a good experience with the customer service at this store. The salesman Austin was a lot of help and very knowledgeable. When I'm ready to purchase, I'll definitely be back!

So far so good! a good experience! didn’t have an issue getting a PlayStation 5 pro delivered to my house fast and easy!

Have been a customer for over a year and have always had the best costumer service in person, on the phone, and during deliveries. Can’t beat the price/ quality and can’t beat the hospitality thank you to Bryce and all the other rent a center employees. Highly recommended!

My old washer died on a friday night i went online Saturday morning to order a new one the online site had some issues but when I called the store and they got all my online information and had my new washer installed by 130 the same day, all for 1 penny for the first month. Friendly and helpful team.
