Is location does not know what they're doing. I have bought an a computer and a washer & dryer from the other location and never had a problem. This location wanted me to pay for my dryer before even receiving it and will not be receiving it for over a week. So that's a total of 3 weeks since I put in my order and still will not receive a dryer.That's crazy. If they say they're going to call you back they're NOT going to. Go to the other Rent-a-center it is a much better one.
