They went out of their way to help me get caught up during a tough time. They made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time which I really appreciated. They really took care of me and knew how to best help. Grateful for these people.

I asked for a specific dryer I saw online for a good price instead they said it would take too long to pick up and deliver even tho I was willing to wait ..they refuse gave me a dryer that was much older && when they dropped it off it smelled like feet and burning... I have done business w rent a center before in a diff city it was a much better experience and items were actually worth all the interest this is gonna be my last ever agreement w rent a center... Lowe's and Home Depot Offer. Financing as well this is absurd

I want to take the opportunity to extend a huge "Thank You" to Tim Bell and Rent A Center and the boys who delivered the furniture to the apartment. We were new to town and had no furniture and we stopped in at RAC and they were able to help us out and were able to deliver the furniture the same day. Very courteous, friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

My daughter needed a washing machine and it was so convenient just to go online pull up the app and start shopping the first one I saw is the one I got. Very nice great price and delivery right away.
