We were treated horribly at the end of our agreement! Only had 140 left to pay off and ended up being a little late because our young daughter had some health problems and we missed some work days, we tried to make a partial payment of 100 and then the store manager Nicole Bacon refused to take our payment! She Said we had to pay everything or else she wouldn’t take our payment. Then had her workers come out and harass us daily because we were late on payment that she refused to take! Then when we went to pay it off a couple days later it was bumped up to 220! Our couch is finally paid off and I’m so glad we won’t be doing anymore business with them!
I rarely leave reviews, but I was so appalled by my recent experience that I felt compelled to warn others. My husband and I bought a refrigerator here, with the strict understanding that we would only accept a used model if it was in good condition. The delivery process was a complete disaster. The fridge arrived with visible dents, and the delivery team severely scratched the unit and damaged our door frame while moving it inside. Upon inspecting the interior, I found broken parts in the freezer, deep scratches on the handles, and, completely unacceptably, roaches. While I did receive good service from their other location in town and their customer service line, this specific store's product quality and delivery standards are nonexistent. Because of this nightmare, I strongly advise against doing business with them.
Rude Inconsiderate and has very MINIMAL RESPECT for MINORITIES ESPECIALLY NIKKI, coming from a White male. Was appalled at the way a customer was spoken to onthe phone. I think even when a customer is wrong IF they are wrong there is a way you handle it.
Excellent service. Even though we arrived close to closing, both employees took their time to make sure our visit was complete and successful!
Michael was super helpful and got my family what we needed in time of need.. very professional and also kept me on the line while checking to see if he had the product i was needing.. this is my 3rd rental from this store and although we pay a bit more the service and hospitality from this store is immaculate and we appreciate the service and fast responses
Beyond horrible service! If you want to live in a real horror movie go to these guys and they'll make it happen for you. They will hound you so hard! They contact you 6+ a day even if you call them they'll still call you, text you, and come by your house. They are beyond rude and don't understand that life happens. We told them that my mother law had a stroke and was put in the hospital and that we was out of town and they literally told us they didn't care. We told them we would pay them in a couple of days and was told "NO, YOU PAY IT TODAY OR WERE COMING TO GET THE STUFF". You've been warned! Calling/ texting once a day is enough! You don't have to call or text us 6+ times a day... even after we just called you a hour prior. The manager needs to humble herself.
