Rude Inconsiderate and has very MINIMAL RESPECT for MINORITIES ESPECIALLY NIKKI, coming from a White male. Was appalled at the way a customer was spoken to onthe phone. I think even when a customer is wrong IF they are wrong there is a way you handle it.

Michael was super helpful and got my family what we needed in time of need.. very professional and also kept me on the line while checking to see if he had the product i was needing.. this is my 3rd rental from this store and although we pay a bit more the service and hospitality from this store is immaculate and we appreciate the service and fast responses

Beyond horrible service! If you want to live in a real horror movie go to these guys and they'll make it happen for you. They will hound you so hard! They contact you 6+ a day even if you call them they'll still call you, text you, and come by your house. They are beyond rude and don't understand that life happens. We told them that my mother law had a stroke and was put in the hospital and that we was out of town and they literally told us they didn't care. We told them we would pay them in a couple of days and was told "NO, YOU PAY IT TODAY OR WERE COMING TO GET THE STUFF". You've been warned! Calling/ texting once a day is enough! You don't have to call or text us 6+ times a day... even after we just called you a hour prior. The manager needs to humble herself.
