I have only 4 payments left on my washer and dryer, and I had Aaron's employees beating on my door because my payment was 1 day late. My paycheck was late because of the bank holiday. The worker banged so hard they woke up my 3 month old baby. It's simply too much crap for only needing 4 payments till it's paid off

I’m actually very disturbed at the transaction today! Please explain how the terms are set from Weekly to monthly.. So I called today to inform the store that I needed a pick up, I’m a disabled veteran and A Veteran associate helped to out by purchasing a used stove & Refrigerator. It’s the first of the month, so I call, I said pick it up anytime, and if you have to charge me for a week then so be it.!! I’m told no he couldn’t do that, I was required to pay 1/2 month rental for a product they are picking up well before the 15th, and they offer weekly payments and because of his position he could have done just about anything… he certainly did when he wanted my business. So to be honest, I’m Done with Aaron’s… you try to do the right thing and they just crap on you!!!! Just disappointed and disgusted at 4am……. Then at 8 am they took 13.16 for a ez pay renewal,,, when my account has already been cancelled!!!! I’m NOT happy!!!!!!
So I’m writing a review on “Melissa the accountant manager” as she says she is. I leased a couch from them, an did a monthly payment. Set up plan. My payment was due today, but she called yesterday, claiming to my wife that I as avoiding her. An she was being rude to my wife and wasn’t professional at all. She called again today and was being rude talking about she needed a payment today which wasn’t. A problem, just cause card declines don’t mean we’re poor “people lock there cards and to make and assumption that I’m so avoiding her “lady please” . We made the payment without a problem. Horrible customer experience and especially from a manger. And by the looks by previous review it seems Aaron’s have an employee issue..
After posting my review & reading others, it looks like Steve & Melissa need new jobs. After reading all these reviews talking about how rude & incompetent Steve & Melissa are, I’m just curious.. HOW DO THEY STILL HAVE JOBS??? They should have been fired a long time ago! Would never buy here. I’ve been using Aaron’s for all our houses needs for the last couple years. The one in Knoxville has absolutely been amazing. I needed a couch after we had moved & I wanted it through Middlesboro but for some reason it went to Morristown. The store manager Steve (Dodson?) called me one time. Left a short message & I never heard from him again. So the system showed I put the order in but didn’t show pending until the couch got to their store. I called 3 maybe 4 times over the period of two weeks. Steve was never in, never & I was always told to call back. Well one day I was fed up & I called & the sweet Melissa (?) decided today was her day. I said he’s there but is unavailable ?!?? In a raised tone. Anyone would be frustrated at this point & I had called customer service to complain & fix the issue prior to calling that store. She immediately said “we canceled your agreement” as soon as I told her I had already called customer service. Umm it’s your store that’s losing money. I’ve always been in good standing. So, I went to the middlesboro location & with in 10 mins I was done & couch was ordered. Multiple people telling me “I’m sorry, no one has had good stories from that location.” Now that I know that, I’ll make sure my friends & family stay away from the Morristown location. I hope they all change their tone because they’ll lose many customers. Smh

Absolutely the worst management ever. After 6 years I was approved and the store manager said no on the date of delivery and with my contract already signed. Arron’s is the worst customer in Morristown and I won’t buy another thing from you ever again and I will make sure no one else I know or come in contact with ever comes to Arron’s

I was insulted and turned away even though my application was approved for well more than was needed. But because of my address, I was insulted and turned away. Nothing that I had done, but because they had problems with other tenants in my apartment complex. Aaron's problems with other people in other apartments are not my problem. But Aaron's made sure that it was. I was insulted and degraded because of OTHER people who I have nothing to do with. If I could give a lower rating I would. So much for treating the customer with respect. The lady was very rude and very disrespectful. My only fault was was trying to do business with them. Worse experience ever!!!
