Staff was very friendly and helpful and helped me find a decent deal on a dryer.

New Manager Angela Dotson is a super star, Megan and Preston (I think) have always been respectful and willing to help. Interest rates are Higher but that's the price you pay for Me no credit checks and they often have side walk sales where you can get some great deals I was able to get my grandkids switches due to one of these sales, A desk for my office 😄. It's not been all Sunshine and Rainbows when they changed Management they've been through some employees whom didn't learn customer base and history before going on a power trip and giving out customers personal information. But you take the good with the bad.

I purchased a stove, and the whole experience from start till payoff was excellent! But after payoff is when it gets bad. I paid off early and now since I'm not paying a payment and the oven went out, they can't help. Oh they offered another stove but the rental would start all over, sorry I've not had this stove a year yet, and the oven won't work. At 900.00 why would I start over? Guess it's just a total loss. Oh they did offer a free month on a refrigerator, he sent me pics, it's 34.99 weekly, but somehow 190.00 a month for me. But if I pay off early and it breaks down I will get no help from them. This is junk!

I can't remember the name of the friendly associate that helped me. I think her name was Amber. She was very friendly and helpful during our phone conversation. I really appreciate her for going above and beyond helping me today. Thank you.
The people that I deal with are (Angela and Brian) they are two of the nicest and kindest people you would ever meet. I know you are probably thinking but its, "Rent to Own". So what, do like I do, buy the new stuff. It's no difference than going to Grand or any of the other furniture stores. Trust me, Angela or Brian will take great care of you and your home needs.
