Rent-A-Center

This store is ran so unprofessional and uncoordinated. They are also very rude for whatever reason and then dont understand as to why people dont return the calls back when they call you. I had returned some items that I couldn't pay on at the time so I told them to come and get the stuff and once I got my Finances back in order now all of a sudden i cant get my item back that i want to continue paying on again. I asked if I could unpause my agreement. They then tell me TODAY they can't because of payment history at this time. Even though I was told that I could get my item back to continue where I left off at. So if I were you, I would pick a completely different place like AARON to rent to own stuff. Cause RENT A CENTER ain't it. Not to mention, they scratched my flooring from pulling a dryer or washer out of my laundry room without a dolly to put outside to make it easier on the other person that had taken some stuff down already and to move the truck closer since I am on the 3rd floor of a apartment complex.

They said they was gonna be there between 1-3. I called 3 times after 3 pm and they kept telling me 30 minutes after they finally answer at 5 pm they said there truck was broke down and they couldn’t get to us! Absolutely ridiculous, Logesitics was trash, couldn’t even tell me they was running behind! Me and my husband both called out of work to wait on them. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend they don’t communicate with customers!

Been in the hospital for medical issues and they refused to work with me. Wasn’t able to get to my phone for their calls or anything as they don’t allow that in a mental hospital. Their District Manager never replied back to me to set up a time to retrieve their merchandise as they gave me no other option to help me. Called and spoke to Danny and he was VERY rude and uncaring and was snappy at me the entire time I was conversing with him. If I could give 0 stars for how I was treated I would. Won’t be renting from them ever again and I highly suggest no one else does either. Very displeased with their lack of customer service and treatment of people!

Pretty good people …. as long as you make your payments lol. They are awesome, but like any business they run on making money. IF you’re in a financial bind, & call and talk to them they are pretty reasonable. Joey B at the bowling green, KY location is anyways. Other than that, they are good people & have great items. If you have Any issues with anything, they will make it right. I’ve been in business with them a few years now.

Hate Rent-a-Center! Make sure you read your contract fine print! Because If you get the 90 days same as cash payoff. Make sure they put the correct date you get paid & you have to pay $100 payment to insurance on the product with your 90 day payment!! They put the 1st on my contract. I told them I didn't get paid till the 3rd. I came in to payoff & they told me I was 2 days late!!
