No one i mean no one need to get anything from this location. The manager Joe is very unprofessional and rude. He does not know how to treat or talk to customers. I would never get anything from this store again. Harassing a valued customer is insane. The owner must not have anyone to work this store because looking at all the bad reviews.

If I could give this a 0 start I would have. I don’t write reviews ever but this one deservedly it. first and foremost I would not recommend anyone to this store solely because of customer service. The way they speak to paying customers is absolutely absurd. Forget be a paying customer the way they speak to people in general is absolutely ridiculous. You don’t have to like your job but you can at least be a decent human being and treat people accordingly.

I’m only giving one star as 0 isn’t an option. This store is disgraceful, they speak to paying customers like trash. They are disrespectful and I would urge anyone not to do business with this location or company for that matter. Me and my husband have call cooperate to report this egregious behavior and NOTHING was ever done. Do yourself a favor and save your money to buy in full or go to Aaron’s because RAC is a COMPLETE Joke!!!

This rent-a-center is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be closed down the workers there harass you like a bad ex you miss one payment they blow up your phone and when you try to work with them they won’t work with you and then they are at your door the next day for a hour or more banging and ringing the door bell and you might ask oh you must be home no I’m not I have a camera… crappy customer service. And then they will send you a auto message because they know what they have done is wrong. This place doesn’t even deserve a star.

I wish I could give zero stars and I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this store. First of all the employees are EXTREMELY rude! My ignorance would have kicked in on them just how they are with their customers but I’m trying to refrain from stooping to their level. I asked if I could double up my payment on the 11th because I was unable to pay this week. They could care less about your money situation. They make you pay a fee for liability if you’re unable to pay but that’s only if you lose your job! Everyone please read the contract carefully and know that they will NOT help you if you come in a bind instead they will threaten to pick up your stuff with in 4 days if you miss a payment!! They will claim they will work with you but they won’t! You will still have to pay them! I will never go to another Rent a center because they truly don’t value their customers! If they have to come pick it up I will not be getting it back! I will find another place with understanding employees that are professionally trained to deal with customers AND a place that will work with you beyond the 3 day mark! Long story short FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WILL ACTUALLY WORK WITH YOU AND NOT JUST GIVE YOU 3 DAYS TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND MAKING IT YOUR ONLY OPTION!! These men (never speak with a female) need to be trained on customer service but good luck with that because the manager Joseph clearly has no background in it either!
