Don’t rent anything from here. I purchase a mattress and later found out the mattress was too hard. Call the store to have it replaced… they ensured me they would replace it. A month went by nothing….called back stated they would replace it and would call another store…. Waited another couple of weeks …nothing. Called them back to ask again….never received a mattress. They ended up writing it off and told me “you don’t have to pay anything else.. I waited on them respectfully and then they do me like this. Stuck me with hard mattress and just dropped me. Never again will I purchase from this store. Managers are rude and nasty. Bad store
Tia and Jeremy are absolutely amazing. My wife and I love them. Are we able to save up and purchase items? Yes. But do we love working with them more? Absolutely! You have such a great team at your granbury location. I believe we've bought just about all of our furniture and electronics from them. And will continue to do so! ❤️
The workers at Elko Rent-A-Center are AWESOME! They treat you like family and go above and beyond to help get what people are looking for. They are caring and will do what they can for their community! So cool to see people FOR the people!
