From the day they delivered it to my home there was problems. They messed up the fridge and damaged the walls in my home. They never fixed anything but if you are even a day late the threaten to come take it back. I would recommend to everyone to use Aaron's instead. They are much better people and do everything in there power to help if there is a problem.
For whatever reason, I made 32 payments without realizing and now own the TV. You all helped me get a mattress as well. I will wait until I pay off the computer however, I will definitely make use of rent a center in the future if my financial situation has not improved. God willing it will, but thankfully for God's grace and the kindness of the staff at your store in Norman, I am able to have some of the same things everyone else does. I do not require anything in truth, I try to rely on very little creature comfort. I am satisfied by little things, but doing this for me is something I will always appreciate and there is no way fore to repay kindness except with kindness. Thank you all so much and it means a lot to me in a world where there is not much meaning left.
Don’t rent anything from here. I purchase a mattress and later found out the mattress was too hard. Call the store to have it replaced… they ensured me they would replace it. A month went by nothing….called back stated they would replace it and would call another store…. Waited another couple of weeks …nothing. Called them back to ask again….never received a mattress. They ended up writing it off and told me “you don’t have to pay anything else.. I waited on them respectfully and then they do me like this. Stuck me with hard mattress and just dropped me. Never again will I purchase from this store. Managers are rude and nasty. Bad store
Tia and Jeremy are absolutely amazing. My wife and I love them. Are we able to save up and purchase items? Yes. But do we love working with them more? Absolutely! You have such a great team at your granbury location. I believe we've bought just about all of our furniture and electronics from them. And will continue to do so! ❤️
The guys at my local store, New Philadelphia OH are absolutely fantastic. I have almost completely fitted my entire home with items from that store through the years due to their persistence and patience with me. The app, although now much better than early days, is fairly straightforward and easy to navigate.
The workers at Elko Rent-A-Center are AWESOME! They treat you like family and go above and beyond to help get what people are looking for. They are caring and will do what they can for their community! So cool to see people FOR the people!

The whole team, at Mt. Pleasant RAC is amazing! As a mom of 3 boys , u can imagine the drying breaking is a terrifying panic , but not with this team on you're side! They went above and beyond to help me, they found me a dryer in a day, delivered it and installed it the same day! The whole experience from finding me something in my budget with a payment plan that worked for me, too the delivery and installation, and the employees communication on payments was beyond polite and caring and excellent! As a returning customer, I will definitely use this store and team again and recommend them to anyone! Chris , T.J , Trish and Susan are all fantastic and Dream team and a lifesaver to moms like me! The best experience and RAC around!
I love this Rent-A-Center. The staff is very helpful and the location is super convenient. Ms. Angie always goes out of her way to make sure that I have the product I want and it’s always in great condition.
