Twice we have received filthy merchandise now. Once a couch and once a washer and dryer. We have stated numerous times that we do not want anything used. We call with complaints because the washer isn’t working as it should and are told they will call back but they never do. The delivery guys are friendly but a week off our bill just doesn’t cut it anymore. We have been waiting a month now for a new washer and dryer. All they can say is “they ordered it”.. still waiting on that phone call about our washer.. that call was supposed to be returned weeks ago.

Allen amd the gang @ RACs are the best. I have been renting from there for many many years. Always get the best customer service. They are funny. An hard working. I will continue to come back when needed.

The reason why I give them a 5 star rating. Is because they are the best rent a center I've ever seen. They aren't afraid to help you and there staff is amazing. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Because I've always been threw them for 6 years now. I'm happy with the quality of things I get and they are in good shape.

Steve was very helpful!! He took more than enough time with us, and he is an all around great person to work with, very pleasent, and you could just tell he enjoys his job! 5 star employee!
