Everyone at this location is amazing!! They really helped me out after I had a terrible experience with a different Rent-A-Center. The employees here are how Rent-A-Centers everywhere should be! Go team go!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great team of employees. Willing to work with you until a solution has been found for any reason. Have purchased my refrigerator, sectional couch & two washer and dryer sets from the Charlotte store and have had nothing but great experiences with them. 10/10 would recommend and will more than likely buy from them again in the future.

On my Charlotte adventure I stopped in to check out possibly a new recliner. Very nice furniture and very friendly staff. Was left was a very good impression!

So far the staff has been great. Has worked with me and even been nice to let me know I was ahead in a payment that I already knew that I was. But really really nice of them to let you know that your not due for another payment. They have always been friendly in person and on the phone.
