I did an Amazon return here. It was the easiest return I've ever done.
Went in there to look at some furniture for my living room and the guy that was helping was very sweet. Very nice. Just an honest person. Well then the GM comes in and you can automatically feel just a tense environment. He gave us a really bad attitude laughed in our faces just horrible attitude in general horrible customer service I would not recommend the store to anybody. And fyi we have had paid off 3 items before

I've done business with the El Dorado shop several times. Have paid on time and paid off notes. Bought a phone for my grandson which fell out of his pocket and was damaged. I was assured store would replace it. When i went in they told me they no longer dealt with phones, but would notify me when they did again. Time went by got a call but i was unable to come down. Kept in touch was told again they had no phone. Told them i'd be willing to trade for something else. Said they couldnt do that. I lost about a thousand dollars. Was informed today they will not honor deal and wont return my money. Phone was insured how is this ok. Its not. I'm a widowed grandmother living on a fixed income. I truely pray for you Daniel.

We have rented various items from here over the years and I have nothing but great things to say! They are honest and friendly people. Daniel is amazing! We will never rent from anywhere else.

My experience has been good. Only complaint I have is that when my bed was delivered not all the hardware was with it. But that was quickly taken care of.
