I've been a customer at the eldorado store for years and I will say their customer service has always been amazing. First, and my many experiences with them they always do what they say and secondly the manager there Rob C. Remembers just about everything I have told him. Perfect example I went in today looking to get a controller for my Xbox and he even remembered my favorite color at the drop of a hat.

We rented some stuff from Mike's rent to own and I lost my job and instead of taking my stuff back they did a hardship thing for 2 months where my payments were cut in half. I love these guys and would recommend to other people to use them. They work with you when you're having problems.

Had a great experience with all the staff to order a new washer and dryer great service in the office and Ben & Chris deliver it and they where great respectful and considerate. We are one happy customer thank you.....
When you think about a top notch person in customer service, you think they are kind, willing and eager to help, going above and beyond, have compassion and most importantly they make you feel like family. That my friends describes Robert perfectly. I can't say enough good things about him and the incredible way he treats the customers. Every company in America should take lessons from him!
