Mitchell and Austin did a fantastic job delivering and installing my Maytag washer and dryer! They were on time and friendly while being respectful. They answered all my questions and set and leveled things in a timely manner.

Clay and Thomas delivered my new washer and dryer and were so nice and helpful. They got it in to what I consider a hard space with no problems. I was so happy when Annie Hicks called and told me about a recliner they had in one of their stores she was very helpful with the whole thing made sure it was delivered to me and the two men that delivered it where very kind and courteous thank you Annie I love my new chair

I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing to rent any appliance, furniture, etc. They were great all the way from the lady Brandy who helped us in the store, down to the delivery drivers Clay and Seth. They were on time, very polite, and hooked everything up for me. They also explained how it worked, and made sure they both worked before leaving. I will definitely use them again if we need anything in the future.

Mitchell and Austin delivered a stove bed and gaming chair in awesome time guys did great.

I had to replace my washing machine and was able to find one at Mike's rent to own in Hutchinson with the help from Denver and his great salesmanship, Janelle and Christina for thier great customer service and also Seth and Tomas for fast, friendly and knowledgeable delivery and pick up service. I had a very positive experience working with the Wichita store at first, especially with Tiffany, who made real efforts to help me find a washer/dryer that would fit my home. I appreciated the time & care that went into trying to get me a set that would work with my space & needs. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled later, especially when I was told my set had already been sold after I had asked to keep the deposit on account. I also felt dismissed when I explained my transportation limits & asked for a mattress option I could manage without having to test beds in person. I hope the Wichita store will improve communication & follow-through with customers who have disabilities & limited transportation. Then once I determined that I would not be able to rent to own a mattress from them again, I requested the deposit that has been put down for the washer/dryer to be returned to me. She refused. Stating I had broken the contract. I reminded her of the conversation on April 30th that she was glad I no longer needed the washer /dryer because she didn't know how to tell me it had already been sold. Since it seemed to work out okay & I was told at the time I could keep the deposit there & apply it to another item once I determined my needs at my new location. So when I asked about my needs she said no because of transportation which had been fine for the washer/dryer but not the mattress. When I bought a mattress 6 yrs before from the Hutchinson store I hadn't been into the store either but it was not a prob. I contacted the Hutchinson store by phone & email to try to sort this out either to get a new mattress because I was still willing to work with them or have my deposit returned, and I have had no response. U have not returned my deposit and if u came by my place I would have answered. I've been home every day every hour, and over the last 7 months I have left the house maybe 3 or 4 times for an hr each. So it's nice I can respond with lies to cover her butt. Instead why don't u reply to BBB, FTC, and the other agencies I've reported. If u called, leaving a message is the normal way of doing business and I also rented to own items from u so many times and u NEVER came over even to move my items so why would u come because u tried to reach me? That doesn't fit with ur history. If u wanted to reach me then when I left multiple messages because I work in a professional way and don't lie to cover my butt, but I never would get phone calls or any further messages. I am homebound and I do not have transportation to come to ur showroom, I only go to the Dr. So like I said before Tiffany refused to sell me a mattress because of my disabilities, homebound, and inadequate transportation. That in and of itself is why u were reported as not providing reasonable accommodations for a disabled person which u have provided for before and therefore u are not following ADA guidelines and law. So just saying u will sell a mattress to me when u have refused accommodations for me to do so. I find it interesting that I can order it online and it gets brought out but I can't call to do the same. NO DISABLED PERSON SHOULD WORK WITH U. I've given u and called u, left a message for u at 2 stores and you've called me on my number before but suddenly u cant reach me? And I haven't had spam calls, and all missed calls I've returned. I have an email address that I've used and is active for 22 yrs, and I'v it set so I receive ALL mail and then I decide if it's spam or not so I don't miss anything and as far as u coming to my house, I have video doorbell and no one has set foot on my porch in 1 month. And u are supposed to respond to BBB to settle this. Also u need to respond to Consumer Protection Division, FTC, AG of KS, ADA and the SG Co DA. If u dont respond to my email address saying u are returning my deposit I will take u to small claims court, and to SSDI because the federal government doesn't like people essentially stealing from the government
