I came to this state with nothing, so to be able to have nice furniture that I will own is a blessing. I have had absolutely no issues with the staff or any of my contracts! We rented some stuff from Mike's rent to own and I lost my job and instead of taking my stuff back they did a hardship thing for 2 months where my payments were cut in half. I love these guys and would recommend to other people to use them. They work with you when you're having problems.

I recently bought my purple couch the one of my dreams 😂. Anyway on Christmas Day my loveseat broke when my son set down on it. I was so upset because I love this couch. I called Tiffany the next day and she said she would have someone pick it up on Monday and it would be fix and brought back to me by Friday. Well they just brought it back turns out it wasn’t broke just a few stapled came out and they put string screws in to make sure it won’t happen again. They are by far the best rent to own here in Wichita and they stand on what they say. I got the best deal on this beautiful living room set and I’m very pleased with it. I also got the area rug with it as well from them.

I bought some tires from this place. Paid on them $500 tires marked up I think it was around $1300 contract i paid for 9 months at a $100 month I got really sick for several weeks and couldn't pay on them any more Told them to come get them. They didny want them back. So I offered them 400 cash to end the contract and they refused. Said they wouldnt make any on money that way.theycost $500 i already paid $900 what you mean $400 more you wouldnt make any more money.So they took me to court. I was told court was at 9 15 and the cops at court house told me there was no court that day cause it was a day before Thanksgiving. I asked court clerk they had to call somebody to find out where it was.they finally found out where I was to go they had already adjourn my case. I didnt even get a chance to defend myself so now I'm paying over $3000 for a set of $500 cheap tires. And every time I did go in to make a payment I was like a number I can barley make the bills I have now. What am I gonna do when they start garnishing my paycheck I'll never make that mistake again

We were very pleased with out purchase at Mike's. The cost was affordable. The service was exellent. Yeoman and David delivered our dryer and installed it. They were on time and did a great job. They were friendly an professional. We will becrecomending Mike's to our friends.

Larry has great customer service. Made the whole experience so easy. Plus they have good deals on a wide variety of products.

Larry and Brett were very nice. Set up a washer and dryer with a new stove and fridge for us. Even the guy in the phone that helped us purchase the items was nice. Thank you so much for taking the time to deliver, set up and take out our old appliances!

Y'all are the best rental company around hands down! I just recently got a tv and a few other things from y'all, but what I want to talk about is the tv situation I had going on. So my man for black friday got a deal on a tv and speaker set and well they bring it over yesterday and the speaker doesn't want to connect to the tv. So they end up coming and going for hours trying to figure out what's going on, bc they knew it could connect to a tv bc they just did it at the store just fine. So they kept trying to connect it to the tv but with the remote this time. Still nothing, sound was still going through the tv. So they say ok well we will leave the speaker with y'all and see if we need to just replace the tv or not instead of worrying about the speaker. So they come over this morning with a brand new tv for me and they get it all set up, they hand me the manual for the tv and remote which will definitely help. They get it all connected and talked me through it the whole time while they were connecting everything for me. So I know exactly what to do if I need to do it on the tv and speaker, which is very nice bc not gonna lie I didn't know how to use the speaker yesterday and I sure didn't know everything I needed to know about the tv😅. But no worries now! We good! Tv looks amazing! Speaker is fantastic! Ice Nine Kills sounds amazing on it so I'm here for it! 😎🔥
