Brandy it's so kind and helpful and has walked me through everything. She takes the time to make sure I get things that I need done and stays late at work.Just to make sure that it happens. Because I have had a stroke, it is hard for me to get paperwork done. And she sat down with me and did it for me.Just to make sure it was accurate. The delivery people we're very kind and delivered on time.And we're very careful. I would definitely recommend them highly to anyone needing the service.
Literally the smoothest, easiest, most professional couch purchase we have ever made. They went above and beyond for us and we are so so happy with our new couch! Price was great, we were in and out in 45 minutes and with free delivery! We even got to pick if we paid weekly or bi weekly. Delivery men were confident and efficient. 10/10.
I love my new 2 n 1 washer/dryer combo!! Delivery was right on time! And they answered my many questions! Shout out to Brandi...she is always so patient and helps me no matter what the situation! Concordia is the best store ever!
