If what I am looking for or want isn't in the store they do not hesitate to start checking with other stores or finding something comparable in their store.

Had a great experience with Mikes Rent to Own in El Dorado. Alexis got me set up with with my furniture, super kind and knowledgeable. Ben and Chris delivered my stuff, they were very helpful and even help me move a few things out of the way for my new furniture that I couldn’t move due to being older. Ashley was great and informative getting me set up with the collections policy. Everyone was so kind from the moment I walked into the store to when I left, it was like dealing with old friends I didn’t even know I had. Will definitely be returning, thanks again to everyone at the store.
