I LOVE my new washing machine! Dropped in just before Thanksgiving to purchase a new washer. Didn't expect to have it delivered until the following week after the holiday BUT they were able to deliver and set up same day. The office followed up with a call the following week to see if everything worked out ok. Why YES, everything was more than OK. Great service, friendly people and a great resource for Augusta. My understanding is this is a family-owned small business which is why I went there in the first place. Always avoid big national box stores when possible. Support local especially when they go above and beyond like this group did. 100% I would recommend.

I changed my review for HomeTown after reading all the other reviews, mine seemed pretty blah LOL. I cannot begin to describe how amazing hometown has always been and probably will continue to be! We have been going through them since moving to Augusta in 2015/16. We have gotten all of our furniture from them from beds to bedroom sets furniture washer and dryer refrigerators dishwashers you name it. Michelle is the best and always accommodating to our needs and willing to help us find what we're looking for if they don't have it. And they always have made it a point to contact customers to check on our satisfaction and fix anything that may have been an issue. Thank you HomeTown!
