Done business with this store for years never had any issues with escalating collection calls, or people showing up at my house, threatening me, Trish and her team do a very good job at what they do and always has been. The manager has been there for years so that has to say something. Just remember you always have to read what you’re signing into if it’s not something you’re OK with then don’t sign off on it. Good job Rent-A-Center team.

So I have never gotten anything from rent a center and I really don't want to. Yet today I found that someone from there is going door to door trying to advertise the place even when I have a no trespassing sign and a fenced in yard. They opened my screen door so hard that I thought someone was coming in my house that I didn't know. Then I called to complain about it and all I got was attitude. They asked for my name and I asked why they needed it only to get a sarcastic answer of "I was just asking". This is the exact reason why they will never get my business. I've heard so many horror stories about them that it's not even funny. Yall need to learn what a no trespassing sign is because next time I won't call the store I'll call the cops for trespassing and I do have cameras
