Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

I do not recommend this store; the manager is the worst, with a bad attitude and poor communication.

The store on South 4th Street is horrible when you walk in the atmosphere is not welcoming, it stinks of humidity, the store is scary with its decoration, the manager always has a face, the girl who sells lacks ethics when dealing with people and the people who make the deliveries, one is mute and the other looks like a rude child, nothing, the worst experience going shopping there, I WILL NOT RETURN

4th Street in Allentown location has made this the worst experience of my life. also liberty St. location in Allentown is also trash.. I just dont like to be belittled just to pay two days late.. or harassed on payment day with 20 phone calls in one hour before 12 PM. Lied to like “ if you pay in two days, we’re gonna have to charge you double” no but what you will do is take this five dollar late fee and get going

I give it three stars because it seems that the employees arrive and take it out on the customers they open their mouths and when one calls they come out with disgust that is not ethics, Ethics has to be respectable treat the customer with love and affection. Treating him and talking to him with the good is not that they answer him with that bitter face.

The manager at 4th st store in Allentown is very rude and pushy. If my bill is due on a Friday I’m fully aware but what he is NOT going to do is blow up my phone all day while I’m at work. Wait until my lunch break or when I get off and I’ll pay. But damn, he act as if the bill is due at 9 am. So damn unprofessional so when he call I make it clear to Stop Calling and I hang up
