Do not use this branch. Everyone is incompetent and they will blow your phone up until you make a purchase but the moment you need help AFTER they just hang up the phone speak with attitude because they just arent professional. They promised a call back and instead ended my contract and couldn’t call back after their promise to mention anything. Bad business everyone should be replaced.

Do not use this branch. The delivery drivers deliver without any care. My washer and dryer were all scratched up. I called office to report damage and was told to submit photos. Then almost 2wks past with no answer. I finally call the office to get a resolution and was met with an attitude. I was told that there was no guarantee that it wouldn't be damaged again if they sent a new one. The person on the phone didn't care one bit. If i am paying almost 4k for something it should be new. Costumer service is absolutely horrible no empathy. It took them over an hr to delivery our set. One of the drivers was smoking and couldn't care less. Words can't express the disappointment with the delivery drivers and costumer service..

Absolutely the worst of place to deal with. I would never go back or send someone to rent a center. I’ll definitely be sticking to Aaron’s they’re by far better to deal with. The employees at rent a center are extremely snotty and rude. Clearly you don’t want customer business.
