I am so disgusted with it the price for what we are renting isn't worth the risk this is crazy how we have to buy parts for something that is supposed to work the customer service from them is poor there rude dismissive and clearly don't care about the safety hazard this is rediciulus I am thinking about calling a lawyer.

This place is such a joke. You order stuff that says is in stock and will have it in 1-3 days then you call and get nothing but attitude from their rude ignorant employees. Everything I order wasn’t in good enough condition to give me so they just give you whatever they have available. My girlfriend went in to pick out different items and when they show up the couches were completely different color and all very uncomfortable not like the ones that were picked. I also ordered a full size bedroom set and they delivered a queen. Their response was oh well that’s all me have anything else is special order and they can’t give you a time frame. Every time I had to deal with anyone in that store they’re extremely rude and completely ignorant. Will never go back and make sure to tell everyone not to go there. You could aleast treat people nice when you’re screwing them. Wish I could put negative stars. Any good reviews on here are definitely fake. Stay away!!!

I ordered a brand new gaming bundle that was supposed to be brand new in the box and I paid for it to be reserved and when I go to the store come to find out that they were going to give me a used one and it was missing parts. Now I’m supposed to pick something different that cost more after I reserved That there was only a couple left pay this amount to reserve it for we can keep it guaranteed brand new there was an option for use but hi picked brand new lucky I screenshot it because when they went to go look online, they couldn’t even find it stating that it’s taken off the website and now they don’t have it in stock and that they don’t make it no more the gentleman was very nice and try to help me find something different, but the only thing that was available after I already have found my bundle. The closest thing I can get cost seven mythically much more you don’t get what the bundle was N I’m just gonna get my money returns that I pay for it it being reserved and now I had to make different plans The PlayStation five was out of stock which is acceptable. They are going to still receive that for me but now I must try to find something different and hopefully still get the same deal that was promised because I paid to have it reserved and it said it was only a couple left and now I am not going to get what I was promised and I paid to have saved for Customer Service at the store was a five star they did try to find something different but they let me know they do not have it and they don’t have something at the deal now

I have had a new card on file for months and you have not updated my auto pay and when they don't get my payment do to there error, they start to call but it's not just a courtesy call its harassing calls 3 to 4 sometimes 5 times a day.
