This place… is very unprofessional and need help learning how to communicate I am not gonna go threw details because I am not here to bash I do like the people and the place Mike always do us well and knows how to communicate but Miss Lily you as a supervisor all you had to say is I am sorry for the miss communication my apologies that’s all instead you raised your voice and said you were done with this situation all because we stopped in to ask for the policy yet you couldn’t pull it up 🤷🏻‍♀️ do better and don’t be disrespectful no one was being disrespectful or coming at you for you to be speaking such manner what a disappointment….maybe you should learn how to be customer friendly and control your attitude. Smh I am also a supervisor at my place of work and honey even when I have a difficult customer I still smile and treat them with respect you don’t know what that other person is going threw maybe you should try and understand the customer first and listen to them before keeping your panties in a twist! EVEN THOUGH AGAIN WE DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH LILY! not once we got disrespectful.

your employees have harassed me time and time again. people face financial hardship and unforeseen circumstances in life sometimes and i have never not paid my bill, while i have paid late however i have never not paid you. the harassment that i’ve faced over the course of this year from your employees calling me over and over again like an abusive ex boyfriend sometimes 10-15 times in a matter of 10 minutes while im at work or even traveling for work due to one missed payment. your employees have showed up at my apartment banging on my door as if they are the police. once my bill is fully paid off and i truly wish i had the money to pay you off completely today however unfortunately i don’t due to rent, electric, car payment, car insurance, renters insurance, student loans, credit card payments etc. because you know life and i only make so much. i do not appreciate the harassment and what ive experienced from your employees and your company and i will never ever do business with you ever again. I will also advise anyone who asks me to never do business with you due to the harassment i’ve experienced from your employees.

My roommate and I went in today looking for a washer and dryer. We were browsing the dryers, my roommate opens a black matte whirlpool dryer and there were 2 ROACHES just sitting on the ledge. The guy came over, poked them with his pen and they scattered. We definitely won't be back. His excuse was "oh, they must not have been cleaned out" a complaint with corporate was filed too. I want to start off by saying the staff is very pleasant I've been a customer for almost 3 years now I had purchased a washer a dryer a queen size bed with frame loveseat and also a fireplace I'm very happy with the service when they came to deliver my product that delivery guys were awesome as far as the manager and assistant they were excellent also the manager is more than willing to help you get any product you are looking for two thumbs up great experience thank you Rent-A-Center
