The manager, Angie, has been calling my phone since the 28th of February, threatening to COME TO MY HOUSE and to call police because whoever had my number before me screwed them out of money. She won't listen when I have continuously told her she has the wrong number, and they have been calling me every other day to harass me. I had to have my mother call to get her to stop, but she's called even though she said she'll stop before so we'll see about that. I have never and will never work with RAC, they have the wrong number and will not listen to me. Edit: Don't waste your time with corporate. Had to call back and threaten them with legal action to get them to leave me alone, all because they wouldn't admit a mistake. Still no apology, no callback from corporate, nothing. Pathetic and disgusting company, STAY AWAY. ANGIE IS A HORRIFIC PERSON.

The β€œmanager” Angie thinks she’s high up there, her attitude needs some education. Very rude and unprofessional. Talking about not getting paid enough to deal with people sorry your poor and miserable then, but theirs no need to be unprofessional. Went into the store calmly and she attacked with the worst attitude disrespecting my wife and threatening her, then backs herself up by calling the cops and getting people on trespass. Cop was like yea I believe you this isn’t the first time we’re here. All I can say when asking for a payment arrangement or asking her questions record, record, record their cameras only record people but not sound, and if your on the phone record from the beginning of the call. She is nice until she gets you on an account, then don’t you dare ask her anything. 10+ years customer and she blew it in one day using bad words against us and then wants us to not defend ourselves. Very arrogant and ignorant don’t know how she’s lasted.

Paid my merchandise off about 4 months ago. Started to receive calls about the specials they had. I kept telling them I was not interested and I had everything I needed for my home and to take me off the call list. They said they would. I still receive a call just about every few weeks or at least once a month and I keep telling them to take me off the list and they say ok. This is to the point they are harassing me. I have even spoke to the manager and she said they would stop last month. Just received a call today and I told them to stop calling me yet again and they said ok.
